Orders of in stock merchadise generally ship the same or next business day. If an item in not available but will be arriving within a week we will hold the order on backorder until all items are available to ship. If you would prefer to not backorder items please let us know in the additional information section of the checkout process. If an item is on backorder but is not expected to arrive within a week, we will contact you to determine if you would like to wait for the product.

We currently ship via the USPS. During checkout you will have the choice of several shipping options from the USPS. For our US domestic customers you may choose Parcel Post, which generally takes around a week or more depending on your location, Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days, or Express Mail, which is overnight to most areas. For our international customers you may choose USPS Priority Mail International, which can take 6-10 days or longer depending on your exact location and the customs process in your country. Please note that your shipping charges do not include any taxes that may be due in your country, such as the VAT, and you will be assessed any taxes due upon delivery of your package.

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the estimated weight of the package or packages that we will be sending. A small handling fee of $1.00 has been added to all shipping estimates to cover packaging and processing.

We will send email updates, if you request, on the status of your order. If any tracking or delivery information is available it will be viewable on your order status page.

The value of a magic trick is in the secret. Since you are not able to unlearn the secret when returning a magical item, we cannot offer returns or refunds. The exception is for damaged goods. If for some reason an item were to arrive damaged, please send us an email at Support@MagicTimeCatalog.com or call us at 812-738-8571 so we can discuss an exchange of the damaged product.

Since we cannot take returns on magic items, please be sure to plan your purchases carefully. We have worked hard to provide extremely accurate descriptions and videos of our products, along with difficulty rankings.
